We are currently seeking a a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a HR Coordinator. This is a 6-month internship that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will join our Human Resources Team in Louvain-La-Neuve. Job Summary As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that all HR functions are carried out effectively and efficiently. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts
- Coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking attendance
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Assisting with payroll administration and managing employee benefits programs
- Providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Fluency in English and French. Dutch being a nice-to-have
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with CP 124 is nice-to-have
- Experience with Partena and Workday are nice-to-have
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
